The Big Pram Walk is a 'no race' family walk at Elizabeth Quay on Sunday 19 November that raises awareness of perinatal depression and anxiety. There will be fun and activities for the whole family including toddlers sensory play, a mini carnival, health and well being demonstrations and a range of food and beverage stalls.
